Charging Network Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Charging Network Development Manager who will be responsible for developing charging solutions supporting the growth of our BEV, PHEV and EREV portfolio in Poland.

The role will focus on building a comprehensive charging ecosystem for our customers, dealer network and corporate fleet partners.

• Develop and implement the company's EV charging strategy in Poland.
• Develop charging infrastructure solutions for the dealer network, including AC and DC charging.
• Establish and manage partnerships with leading Charging Point Operators (CPOs), e-Mobility Service Providers and energy companies.
• Negotiate preferential charging tariffs, customer packages and other charging-related services.
• Develop comprehensive BEV fleet charging solutions for large corporate customers, including workplace, depot, home and public charging.
• Support Fleet Sales teams in major tenders and corporate EV projects.
• Develop home and public charging solutions for individual customers to strengthen the overall BEV, PHEV and EREV ownership experience.
• Cooperate with charging hardware suppliers, installation companies and technology partners.
• Monitor the Polish e-mobility and charging infrastructure market and identify new business opportunities.
• Cooperate closely with Sales, Fleet, Dealer Network, Product, Aftersales and Marketing teams.

• Experience in e-mobility, EV charging, automotive, energy or charging infrastructure.
• Good understanding of the Polish EV charging market and charging ecosystem.
• Experience in business development, strategic partnerships or infrastructure projects.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.
• Commercial mindset and ability to build new solutions and partnerships.
• Experience working with CPOs, eMSPs, energy providers or automotive OEMs would be an advantage.
• Fluent Polish and very good knowledge of English.
